puraDYN Becomes Master Distributor for Rentar Fuel
Catalyst
-
Fuel cost
savings with catalyst system estimated between 2%-21 % -
Boynton Beach, FL ñ September 13, 2005 - puraDYN Filter
Technologies Incorporated
(OTCBB:
PFTI) announced today that it has signed an agreement
with Rentar Environmental Solutions, Inc. to become
Master Distributor in North America for the RentarÆ
Fuel Catalyst (RFC).
The
West Palm Beach-based Rentar designs and manufactures
the patented and proprietary pre-combustion fuel
catalyst for diesel engines that allows fuel to burn
cleaner and more efficiently, significantly decreasing
the rate of fuel consumption.
Rentar has been providing its Fortune 500 clients an
important tool to help soften the cost of rising fuel
prices, along with the ability to reduce harmful diesel
emissions.
Rentarís President Joel Ratner said, ìWeíre
looking forward to working with puraDYN.
The inroads theyíve been able to make within
specific, targeted markets and the growth of their
distributor network in North America and internationally
over the past few years will greatly enhance exposure
for our RentarÆ Fuel Catalyst. With a product
similar to ours in that it offers
dual benefits from
an environmental as well as economic standpoint, we feel
weíre
ëon the same pageí in the marketplace.
ìA
good example would be a recently accepted large
aggregate company who, in addition to approving the
puraDYNÆ bypass oil filtration
system has, after a controlled test, also approved the
use of the RFC for its off-road equipment. Actual haul
trucks installed with the RFC running 20 hours per day,
6 days per week, 52 weeks per year, save over $10,000 in
fuel costs per year for each truck at todayís
prices.î
Ratner went on to size up recent developments within the
diesel truck industry: ìWhen you provide a
potential client with hundreds of hours of test results
from some of the most respected independent testing
facilities in the U.S., including U.S. Army and Toyota
real-life application results, all proving that our
system reduces harmful CO, CO2,
NOx and particulate matter emissions between 5%-54%,
depending upon the application, they become extremely
interested.
ìBut,
when you add documented evidence from the same test
results showing a 2%-21% savings in fuel, depending on
the application, you quickly see them adding up the
savings.î
Richard C. Ford, CEO, puraDYN, couldnít
agree more. ìThe RFC is a perfect tie-in with
our bypass oil filtration system, rounding out our
product line. Weíre excited about becoming
Master Distributor for Rentar in North America and
internationally and offering their product throughout
our distribution network. Similar to our puraDYNÆ
system, the RFC has no moving parts and requires no
ongoing maintenance. Offering the RFC system in
conjunction with our puraDYNÆ
system, weíre able to provide a complete
package for any application with environmental benefits
and cost savings in fuel and oil purchases. î
In
addition to being an official partner in the
federally-certified ENERGY STARÆ
program, Rentarís
current list of clients using the RFC include, but is
not limited to, the State of Delaware, the City of New
York, Toyotaís
entire car carrier fleet in California, Martin-Marietta
and the Rogers Group. For more information on the RentarÆ
Fuel Catalyst system, contact your local puraDYN
